For the Scoliosis sufferers out there
My teacher gave me the suggestion of lying on a pool noodle to help your back realign for awhile and relax the muscles. Try lying on it for about 3-5 minutes and then roll off it carefully, push it away, and lie back on the ground for the same amount of time. Then, when you’re ready, come slowly to a rise. It really does help. Good luck!
